Fireworks display in Hanoi
On occasion of celebrating 60 years of Capital Liberation (October 10, 1945- October 10, 2014), People’s Committee of Hanoi city is planning to display fireworks in the whole city. Accordingly, there will be 30 places of fireworks display, in which have 5 for high display and 25 for low display.
Five places for high display include Thong Nhat park, Lac Long Quan flower garden, Van Quan lake and My Dinh National stadium. Particularly in Hoan Kiem lake will be displayed in two locations: one is in front of Hanoi Post Office and the other is headquarter of New Hanoi newspaper. It is expected that each location will be displayed with 500 shoots, especially My Dinh national stadium is 600 shoots.
25 fireworks displays in low height are taken place in 25 remaining districts and towns. Certain locations are decided by People’s Committee of such these districts and towns.
Fireworks displays will take place in 15 minutes, from 9 pm to 9:15 pm on October 10.
