Kate Taylor, a reporter from Business Insider, visited a bakery in Hanoi in mid-February and tried dragon fruit breads. She wrote an article on the newspaper about her cool experience.

Vietnam is already bracing for the impact of the coronavirus, which is expected to cost billions of dollars in economic damage in the country.

A bake in Vietnam has created a new type of bread to rescue tons of dragon fruits that can not be exported due to the outbreak of Covid-19. The ” Rescuing the Vietnam agricultural products” campaign has make an idea use this fruit as the ingredient to process the bread. This idea is enthusiastic support form Vietnamese  and foreigners.

Kate had to line up and wait for buying the bright pink bread, the price about 6000 Vietnam dong/each and you can buy 5/person. The bread is truly, shockingly pink. Even though it was created to battle the economic impact of the coronavirus, it could have been made for Instagram- said Kate.

It also smelled delicious and a wholesome, fresh aroma, with a very slight fruity hint with the crusty outer layer and flavorful.

As coronavirus spreads, inventions like dragon fruit bread is smart and practical creation. This creativity represents how businesses adapt to the situation.
